Cardiovascular and Respiratory system
The heart is one of the most important organ in the human body. The heart is a muscular pump with one way valves witch pumps 4,000 gallons of blood throughout the body everyday. The major function of the heart is transporting oxygen, nutrients, waste, hormones and uses the blood to carry things. Three major components of the cardiovascular system are the heart, vessels and blood. The respiratory system has six structures: nose, pharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi, and lung/alveoli. Respiration is the process of oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged between the bodies cells and blood, and the air on the lungs; this process maintains the proper balance of Carbon dioxide and oxygen so the cells can function.
